CD Shadows and Reflections Blueprint BP355 £9.99 plus p&p This is his fifth solo release in sixteen years; Downes has once again charted new territory with Shadows & Reflections. Never one to tread on familiar ground, his new creation gives a nod to The Light Programme in terms of extended tracks, but the tone is markedly different. CD The Bridge Blueprint BP361 £10.99 plus p&p The Bridge is a previously unreleased studio recording from Geoffrey Downes that will certainly be familiar to long time fans of his music.  The piece was originally performed at an exclusive live gig which also featured the premiere of The Bridge but also selected works form Geoff’s illustrious past including music from The Buggles, Yes and of course Asia. The live album was then released on a very limited basis to the Asia Fan Club in 2004. Initial copies (1,000) will also come with a bonus in the shape of the live performance of the Bridge that was previously only available through the Asia fan club and is no longer available which will no doubt prompt the devoted fan base to snap up the initial run of this album.
